Every Behes tournament is a celebration of ideas, with students exploring a wide variety of topics and critically examining them.
Behes Jammu Round a national level team debate tournament was held at Army Public School, Kaluchak on 26th-27th April 2019.
13 top most schools participated in the Event including all Army Public Schools with 250 participants.
This was for the first time that KCIS registered with 2 teams:
Cubs in the age group of 11-13 years and Lions division in the age group of 14-18 years.
Lions team made it till the Quarter Finals. Cubs team lifted the Champions trophy defeating 12 top most schools of Jammu. Both the teams have qualified for MAHA BEHES to be held in Delhi in the month of December. In the individual categories of Best Speakers Standing:
Amongst Cubs Division-
Isobel Tabita bagged 9th position
Vaanya Vyas bagged 15th position
Achyutam Sharma bagged 20th position
Wherein in Lions division-
Swati Gupta bagged 3rd Position
Surya Koul bagged 14th position.
