On 8 Feb,2019 District Legal Services Authority, Jammu conducted an awareness program on 'POCSO & Drug Abuse' at KC International School for Grade VI to VIII. Mr. Naushad Ahmed Khan, Convenor& program coordinator along with his team members; Mrs. Sarla Bhat & Mrs. Sakshi Sharma were present. Principal, Mr. Subhendu Sarkar also graced the program. The session was organized to enlighten the students about 'Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act' & its features. The program strated with a brief introduction about 'POCSO & Narcotics' by the students of KCIS, followed by a detailed information about the Act by Adv. Jyoti Sharma, Master trainer of the program. There was also an interactive session wherein the queries of students were sorted. The program ended with a vote of thanks by Vice Principal, Mrs. Anupama Sinha.
