Tisket and tasket, I wrote a letter to my mother and put it in my basket…
The written word endures, the spoken word disappears…
In an educative and funfilled trip KCIS Super-kids visited the Post-office today on 15-9-17, Friday and learnt about the services provided by the Post-office to the public. The children and teachers were warmly welcomed by the staff of the Post-office and they were taken around to see the different sections of the Post-office.The children learnt about the different services available at the Post-office.
Curiosity, lead the children to ask many questions to the class teachers, who were more than happy to answer their queries and explained how the letters were collected and delivered to their destinations.
In the high tech era of mobile and e-mail,it was delightful to see the excitement on the children’s faces as they posted their very first letter in the letter box that they had written to their parents.
