Keeping with the tradition of festivals with fervor and gaiety and introducing the children to their rich culture and heritage, a special assembly was conducted at K C International School on the occasion of Baisakhi, DrAmbedkarJayanti and Good Friday.
A tableau was presented by the students wherein they showed the wonderful scenes of Punjab-Womenfolk sitting and doing household chores, men in the field harvesting crops, shabad being sung in the Gurudwaras and the balloon seller, toy seller and confectioners, selling their wonderful and colourful wares. The school choir sang a melodious song . A talk was presented to mark the importance of various occasions. A wonderful feet throbbing dance of bhangra was the highlights of the show. In theend Prasad was distributed among the teachers and students.
