KCIS hosts a leadership training program - Event Gallery
A leadership training program was organized at K C International School on April 1 and 2 for the teachers. There were two trainers who had been invited from National University of Educational Planning and Administration. Dr. RashmiSinha (Advisory Body of HRD India)and Dr. KashyapiAwasthi. The session on day one started with an ice breaker followed by an activity which demonstrated how we can break the conventional thinking pattern in adults. The day ended with a wonderful movie which was shown to the teachers. It showcased an amalgamation of culture and education. On the second day the focus was on dialogue and its importance in a teacher and student relationship.
Principal Mrs. Maya Mishra thanked the trainers for the important guidance which was provided to the teachers. She said that the techniques would definitely help the teachers in meeting the day to day challenges in a classroom.
