Earth Day was celebrated in KC International School with a pledge to protect and preserve our Mother earth. Dr. Anita Thompson, Chief Engineer from NASA, United States visited the school and shared her views with students. In her address, she reiterated that each individual must contribute to make the planet a healthy place to live for future generations.

The student performed many other items like skits on the occasion, English Dram club presented a Recycling Rap. A poster making competition was also organized for the students of Class V-VIII. Their posters adorned the atrium of the school. The Environment and Science club also conducted a rally in Gandhi Nagar area to encourage and motivate people to save earth and keep it green and clean.

Principal of the School, Dr Ravi Bhushan in his speech told that earth must be protected so that mankind should survive. Everybody should show concern towards the issues and problems our earth is facing nowadays. The program was concluded with vote of thanks.
