Pastoral Training for Distress Management An interactive session was held in KC International School on 4th September 2019 by Mrs. Taru Sharma. Students from Grade VII to XII participated in it. Mrs. Taru Sharma is working in an NGO named 'Connecting'. The aim of the session was to aware students regarding issues that can effect Mental health i.e. anxiety, hopelessness, stress, suicide etc. Tips were given to students for preventing all these things. NGO Connect is having a toll-free helpline number 9922004305 on which students can take professional help and counselling. |
