Yoga Session for Teachers KC INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL celebrated 6th International Yoga Day with great zeal and spark. An Online Yoga Session for Teachers was organised by Activity Coordinator, Mrs. Rajni Malhotra under the guidance of Principal, Mrs. Anupama Sinha. The session was headed by School yoga instructor, Ms. Komal where she guided to perform different yoga forms like Chakra, Mandook, Vajra, and Chakki asanas. Activity Coordinator, along with other coordinators and teachers participated in this healthy session. The session started at 7:00am, Sunday and lasted for 45 minutes. Principal, Mrs. Sinha congratulated and appreciated the efforts of the teachers for a healthy lifestyle. Also she appreciated Ms. Komal for this wonderful session. |
