Workshop on Stress Management

Stress has many causes and forms, but it has a devastating aftermath i.e. I’ll health. It reduces the alacrity of a person and we are an easy prey to it. To fight with it , KCIS organized a workshop on 'Stress Management' for the teachers.

The workshop aimed at helping the teachers to fight with the distress. It was an interactive session wherein various queries of the teachers were sorted. The renowned counselor Mrs. Chand Trehan was the resource person. She guided the teachers about regular exercise, indulging in favorite pastime. She suggested many other ways which could bring relief from stress. The Workshop ended with a positive note and with the slogan, 'Laughter is the best medicine'.
