It was a proud moment for all the KCites when 12 of its students won awards at Pt. Uma Dutt Sangeet Mahotsav Music Competition held on 28 December 2014 at City Square Mall, Jammu. The students who participated in the event won prizes in the following category:

Kunwar Langer of 4thalso got 1st Prize in audition of ‘Jammu Got Talent’ and in final round he was announced as ‘The Youngest Voice Of Jammu’.

The Principal, Dr. Ravi Bhushan appreciated the students for getting laurels to the school. He highlighted the need for the all round development of the students and emphasized on the need of extra curricular activities to be promoted in school. He also commended the efforts of the school music mentors Mr. Sahil Sharma and Ms Mamta Kalotra.
