Rope Skipping Explaining Basic Kkills and Health Benefits
Department of Activities, KCIS organized a demonstration on Rope Skipping explaining basic skills and health benefits of this sport. Coaches Mr. Tarsem Sharma and Mr. Ram Lal along with a group of students demonstrated some interesting techniques and styles like solo jumping/ speed hop, double dutch, team jumping, free style and group skills. As appropriately put by Ms. Sonia Misra, rope skipping is a Zero Cost Workout. In the fast food culture of today maintaining good health is of vital importance.
